The Lifestyle Blueprint is a 2 part process that focuses on building the vision for the 2 primary areas that we will work on in this program:
1. Fitness - If you could use ANY form of exercise to get in shape, what would it be? If you could eat any amount of food within reason, how much food would you eat? How many cheat meals per week would you consume? What does the ULTIMATE fitness lifestyle look like to you? Once we gain clarity on this, we work to get you the results #1 and #2 condition your metabolism to allow you to live that lifestyle.
2. Lifestyle - We dive deep into not just the goals you have, but the VISION you have for your life over the next 1, 5, and 10 years. The vision for your health, your career, your finances, your investments, your relationships, everything. We literally create so much clarity around your vision that you’ll become able to live a full day in your future life through meditation.

Over the course of our 16 weeks together, we will find and uninstall any limiting beliefs, laziness, inconsistencies, bad habits, or thinking patterns that hold you back from reaching your full potential and re-format a new mindset with the clarity, work-ethic, discipline and mental fortitude needed to tackle any goal in life. Once we get your mind right, it’s time for Step 3.
It doesn't matter what your goals are. If you think you can achieve them without an exceptional level of discipline, consistency and action over time, you're fucking lying to yourself and deep down you know it. In my program I take you through a 3-Phase mindset framework overhaul that promptly finds and eradicates limiting beliefs, old ways of thinking and self-doubt. While simultaneously provides you with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude, clarity and alignment towards your highest self. Now, you're ready to truly level up. Time for Step 4.
If I just helped you get in the best shape of your life WITHOUT teaching you how I did it, or how you can do it/ maintain it for yourself, I’d be wasting my fucking time and you’d be wasting your money. It is the responsibility of any World-Class coach to educate their people on the exact strategies needed to see a LASTING SHIFT with their health and fitness. During our time together you will learn everything I’ve ever learned about training, nutrition, metabolism and mindset so you can get the results and then do this for yourself.
None of this shit will matter if you don’t actually EXECUTE the strategy that I give you. Which is why we hold our clients to the absolute HIGHEST STANDARD OF ACCOUNTABILITY. You’ll receive DAILY TEXTS from me and my team checking in to make sure that everything is going according to plan. If you’re missing workouts, eating shit food and not taking action, we will know it, we will fix whatever is going wrong and get you back on track.
